At the heart of our kitchen is a legacy — one that’s been lovingly preserved through generations. Our Eurasian delicacies are inspired by age-old pickle recipes passed down from my mother, who has been delighting taste buds for over 30 years. I grew up by her side, learning the craft, developing a deep appreciation for the bold, vibrant flavors that define our heritage.

Now, I’m proud to carry this tradition forward — starting with our signature Salted Fish Pickle, a beloved classic. Each jar is a tribute to our culture, our family, and the stories behind every spice.
