At the heart of our kitchen is a legacy — one that’s been lovingly preserved through generations. Our Eurasian delicacies are inspired by age-old pickle recipes passed down from my mother, who has been delighting taste buds for over 30 years. I grew up by her side, learning the craft, developing a deep appreciation for the bold, vibrant flavors that define our heritage.

Now, I’m proud to carry this tradition forward — starting with our signature Salted Fish Pickle, a beloved classic. Each jar is a tribute to our culture, our family, and the stories behind every spice. More delicious creations are on the way as we continue to share the unique taste of our Eurasian roots with the world.
